Simple Tag

 
For this "Simple Tag"  (Two versions) you will need:
 

 

• Green & Blue card stock cut to the size of a tag
• White card stock
• Circle Punch
• Circular/Flower Stamp.  This one is from Stampin' Up: Big Flowers
• VersaMark
• Green (or Blue) Ink
• Matching ribbon
• Matching brad.  I used a blue brad.

 
To make:

• Cut green tag, then cut blue card stock slightly larger.
• Stamp green tag with circular or flower stamp, using VersaMark
• Stamp white card stock with circular stamp, using green ink
• Punch out the stamped area with circular stamp
• Put brad in the center of punched out stamp
• Glue punched out circle to green card stock tag
• Add looped ribbon for the first tag version
• Glue green tag to blue tag
• Add ribbon to bottom for the second version
