Picnic Napkin Rings

   
Summer Picnic Napkin Rings go perfect for an out door BBQ or party.  
 
To make you will need:

• Green and White card stock
• Summer stamps (I used this Frog and Dragon Fly from Stampin' Up)
• A Square Punch (Sized to fit your stamp)
• Black Ink (I used StazOn because I used water colors to color my stamped images.)
• Water Color, Colored Pencils, or Markers to decorate stamped images

 

 
To make:

• Stamp image on white card stock
• Punch out square image
• Cut a square out of green card stock that is slightly larger than white square
• Glue squares together
• Cut a strip to make band to wrap around the napkin and glue to square
• Color stamped image
