What you need:
- circle punch (I used 1 1/4")
- star punch (smaller than circle)
- red and white paper
- cardboard (approximately the thickness of a cereal box)
- large paper clip (red is best)
- blue brad
To make
- Punch two red circles
- Punch one circle out of cardboard
- Glue cardboard circle to red circle
- Punch out star
- Place brad through star and circle with cardboard attached.
- Glue paper clip to back
- Glue red circle to back of that
