Flower Card

This is a quick and easy card.  

• Fold white card stock in half.  
• Add pink paper in center.
• Border with decorative strips.  These are "Paper Frills" by Doodlebug Design.  I picked them up at Archivers.  
• Punch out flowers with flower punch.  Add self adhesive rhinestones to flowers.
• Adhere flowers with pop dots.
• With exacto knife cut a small slice in fold of card to pull ribbon through.  Add ribbon and tie.
