What you need:
- circle punch (I used 1 1/4")
- flower punch (smaller than circle)
- red and white paper
- cardboard (approximately the thickness of a cereal box)
- large paper clip
- red brad or red gem
To make
- Punch two red circles
- Punch one circle out of cardboard
- Punch out white flower
- Glue red circle to cardboard, attach paper clip with tape and glue
- Glue red circle on top of that
- Place brad through flower (or glue gem on top)
- Glue flower on top of red circle
